These two houses were restored around 13 years ago. They feature brick-vaulted ceilings, open fireplaces, underfloor heating and good land around the houses.

The left house

The land around the house measures 7,000 sqm. There’s a large storage area at the rear of the house. More land can be bought from the neighbours that currently have a large vegetable plot there.

The house is only 10 minutes from the historic town of Castelnuovo Don Bosco. Access is excellent. There is a road near the house, not too busy and really not much noise. It’s well worth a look if you have high expectations for this budget. The more famous areas of Alba are only 30 minutes drive. It’s a great house and being offered at a very reasonable price.
