Both parts have been completely renovated and include a new roof, new double-glazed windows, shutters, new floors, new kitchen and bathrooms as well as new electrics and plumbing. Everything has been renovated to exceptional standards and with great respect for the original old features.

The owners’ private zone includes a large kitchen / living / dining room with a new kitchen, an open fireplace and direct access to the garden with a covered terrace. In addition, this part of the ground floor includes a good-sized toilet and a corridor leading directly to a technical room / lock up garage.  A staircase leads up to three very large and one smaller bedroom as well as a bathroom. The guest / B&B section of the property consists of three units, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. All three units have private access and renovated to equally high standards as the owner’s private section.  Two of the units have a nice double bed, lounge chairs and a desk as well as a private bathroom. The third unit is on the first floor and includes a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a 50 sq.mt. living area with views of the surrounding landscape. The current owners have on occasions used this large area for events or as a yoga/massage studio. This third unit is closed off from the first-floor private section but the two sections are easily integrated.

In addition to the main house one finds a small outbuilding with large windows, a woodburning stove and amazing views. Historically the owners have used this charming building as a breakfast room or simply as a quiet reading space for guests.

The property has communal water, electricity and septic tank. Rainwater is systematically collected in a number of wells and then used for watering the garden.  Heating is via a combination of solar panels and a woodburning boiler.
