During the renovation the owner has carefully retained as many of the old features as possible (e.g. the arched Piemontese ceilings, wooden roof beams and floor tiles) while making sure that the comfort of modern living is achieved.

In addition to this main house the owner has converted a small classic old farm building across the courtyard to a garage on the ground floor and an independent bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. In this cosy little “hide out” the views from the Juliet balcony are just fantastic.

The house is accessed via a small communal road and a neighbouring cortile but has its own private courtyard. Communal water, power and gas (for heating) is already installed.
