Within the commune of Vinchio we find the small frazione of Noche – one of the most attractive locations in the area and located in the core UNESCO World Heritage Zone. From here you have easy access to Nizza Monferrato, Canelli and Mombercelli where you find all the shops, café and excellent restaurants you need.

It sits at the very top of the highest hill in the area – at the end of a small private road – and is one of the very best locations we have seen in a long time. Here you have the post card location everyone dreams off: a good-sized plot of land with endless views towards the snowcapped mountains and with Mont Viso at the centre.
