In our view there is a relatively simple way of bringing the property up to the standards of modern living – while of course taking full advantage of the light and the views. Keep the current outer walls of the building, remove internal walls, create a central staircase connecting the lower and the upper level while adding extra space for kitchen / living areas with direct access to a pool area on the ground floor.

This would give you a spacious kitchen / living area with a bathroom, a technical room as well as a wine cellar on the ground floor while you would be able to create 3 to 4 bedrooms with necessary bathrooms on the first floor – potentially with a large first floor terrace – ideal for sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the view over your swimming pool, the mountains and the sunsets. 

Included in the price is app. 6000 sq.mt. of land gently sloping southwards. At the moment circa half of this is planted with hazelnuts while the remainder is grass.
