In its current form this 60’s looking house does not have much charm or originality but as it is in a good structural state and with a relatively new roof – it certainly has the basics in place for what would be a very exciting renovation project. In our view there is a relatively simple way of bringing the property up to the standards of modern living – while of course taking full advantage of the light and the views. Keep the current outer walls of the building, remove internal walls, create a central staircase connecting the lower and the upper level while adding extra space for kitchen / living areas with direct access to a pool area on the ground floor.

 

This would give you a spacious kitchen / living area with a bathroom, a technical room as well as a wine cellar on the ground floor while you would be able to create 3 to 4 bedrooms with necessary bathrooms on the first floor – potentially with a large first floor terrace – ideal for sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the view over your swimming pool, the mountains and the sunsets.
