This four bedroom, totally renovated original farmhouse with a swimming pool is located in a sunny and dominant position just outside in the UNESCO World Heritage zone and the village of Calosso – and perhaps with the best views in all of Piemonte! You will be in walking distance to Calosso which is best known for growing the rare Gamba di Pernice grape. This grape almost disappeared, but thanks to passionate locals, it’s made a comeback – and the wine produced is lovely! Every year, the village puts on the lively Rapulé Fair, a festival marking the end of the grape harvest with music, local food, and plenty of wine tastings held in old cellars carved into the tufo rock.

Over the last couple of years, the farmhouse itself has been completely renovated by the current owners. During the renovation they have skilfully keep as many of the original features as possible while installing underfloor heating, photovoltaic solar panels, double glazing, through insulation as well as new kitchen and bathrooms. The house itself is divided into two units: the main house and a small, attached apartment. The two units is connected by a door.

The main house consists of a modern kitchen with direct access to the pool and a large patio perfect for dining in the shade while enjoying the wonderful view, a dining area with brick vaulted ceilings and a small bathroom is also found on the ground floor.

A comfortable wide staircase leads from the ground floor to the two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor.
