Within the commune of Calosso – one of the most attractive locations and located in the UNESCO World Heritage Zone – this is one of the best locations we have seen in a long time. From this elevated location you have easy access to Santo Stefano Belbo, Canelli and Nizza Monferrato where you find all the shops, café and excellent restaurants you need.

Here you have the post card location everyone dreams of: a good-sized plot of land with endless views towards the snowcapped mountains and with Mont Viso at the centre and the villages of Castagnole Lanze, Castagnito, Govone and San Martino Alfiero on different of hilltops across the horizon.
